WG rooms in central quiet residential area WG Zimmer in zentraler ruhiger Wohngegend

Because I finished my studies, I have to take Juli out of my WG room at the middle of the year and therefore seek a new renter :)
You would be included directly in the main rental contract and live with two other girls.
Please report only if you are interested in staying longer in the apartment!

To the WG:
Joana is already moving out in early June, for them we are already looking for a nice post-rent. ☺️
Steffi (23) is currently writing her Bachelor thesis in Medical Biology. She is a very open and communicative person who likes to do something. In her spare time she does a lot of sport or bakes delicious things :)
That's why we're looking for someone who wants more than just a purpose WG – so we also want to have joint ventures!

To the apartment:
Our apartment is located in 3. Floor of a multi-family house in the beautiful green Maxglan – a quiet, idyllic area – with mountain views, an 8 m2 balcony and a parking space if you have a car :)
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances). In the basement there is also a laundry room and a large basement compartment. The apartment is heated with underfloor heating.
The old town can be reached in 15 minutes on foot (or 5 minutes by bike) – the perfect location!
Right in front of the door is a bus stop, two more are about five minutes away. (All universities, Hbf and airport etc. are therefore very easily accessible)
In the side street you will find a Billa, Spar, DM, Pharmacy and more. The Europark can also be reached in 5min by car.

To the room:
I would possibly leave individual pieces of furniture to take over, but I am not quite sure that we can discuss this personally :)

Weil ich mein Studium beendet habe, muss ich leider mitte Juli aus meinem WG Zimmer ausziehen und suche daher eine neue Mieterin :)
Du würdest direkt in den Hauptmietvertrag aufgenommen werden und mit zwei weiteren Mädels zusammenleben.

Zur WG:
Joana zieht jetzt schon Anfang Juni aus, für sie sind wir gerade auch schon auf der Suche nach einer netten Nachmieterin.☺️
Steffi (23) schreibt gerade ihre Bachelorarbeit in medizinischer Biologie. Sie ist eine sehr offene und kommunikative Person, die gerne etwas unternimmt. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie viel Sport oder backt richtig leckere Sachen :)
Deshalb suchen wir jemanden, der mehr als nur eine Zweck-WG möchte – also auch Lust auf gemeinsame Unternehmungen hat!

Zur Wohnung:
Unsere Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses im wunderschönen, grünen Maxglan – einer ruhigen, idyllischen Gegend – mit Bergblick, einem 8 m² großen Balkon und einem Stellplatz, falls du ein Auto hast :)
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Backofen, Geschirrspüler, diverse Küchengeräte). Im Keller gibt’s außerdem einen Waschraum und ein großes Kellerabteil. Die Wohnung wird mit Fußbodenheizung beheizt.
Die Altstadt ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß (oder 5 Minuten mit dem Rad) erreichbar – also echt die perfekte Lage!
Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle, zwei weitere sind ca. fünf Minuten entfernt. (Alle Universitäten, Hbf und Flughafen etc. sind also sehr gut erreichbar)
In der Nebenstraße findest du einen Billa, Spar, DM, Apotheke und vieles mehr. Auch der Europark ist in 5min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Zum Zimmer:
Ich würde evtl. einzelne Möbelstücke zur Übernahme da lassen, bin mir da aber noch nicht ganz sicher, das können wir gerne persönlich nochmal besprechen :)
