Das Zimmer ist ganz frisch renoviert (neuer beiger Teppich, eine Wand in rot), daher ist eine erneute Renovierung nicht erwünscht. Es ist ostseits ausgerichtet und schön hell mit großen Fenstern.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hell, sie liegt am Rande einer Kleingartenkolonie nicht weit vom Mittellandkanal entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Plus, Lidl, Getränkemarkt, Marktkauf, Rossmann, Post) in wenigen Minuten sowie die Nordstadt und die Hauptuni in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar.
Gesucht wird jemand, der keine Zweck-WG möchte und gesellig ist. Optimal wäre außerdem Sportbegeisterung. Das Zimmer wird zur Zeit als Schlafzimmer genutzt, ist daher ab sofort 'frei'.
