Hej,
ich suche für mein schnuckelig geräumiges Zimmer einen netten und symphatischen Nachmieter/in. Im Grundriss ist es das erste Zimmer, welches vom Flur abgeht.
Hier wohnen jetzt schon ein angehender Mechatroniker(24) und dipl.Wirtschaftsingenieur(27).
Das Objekt der Begierde, sanierter Altbau, ehemalige Büroräume, ca. 105 m² und ist letztes Jahr als WG erst neugegründet. Unser Domizil ist nur 2 min. vom Kaufland, ca. 3 min. von der Innenstadt, 1 min. zum Bahnhof und 10 min. von der Uni entfernt. Trotz der Nähe zur Innenstadt ist es sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet sich fabelhaft zu einem entspannten Grillen im Garten ein.
