"I have a very cozy one-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and I want to rent out the private bedroom (yes, it has a door) to you. The room is furnished, and you get your very own fire escape in addition to the queen-sized bed, the desk with the fancy chair, a closet and a whole bunch of shelves to put anything you decide to bring with you. The place is small, and I have my bed set up in the living room, but it is very cozy and warm. Just outside we are right next to first avenue with a Gourmet Garage for groceries right around the corner, and we have a kitchen full of everything that you need to cook. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants and other shops nearby, and Central Park is five minutes from here if you want to have a picnic. The shared bathroom has delicious water pressure. Wood floors, quiet street full of tress and other green stuff and plenty of sun in your room.
No smoking in the apartment please."
