ich suche eine Nachmieterin für meine Mitbewohnerin und biete ein helles, freundliches WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und befindet sich in einer Dachgeschosswohnung am nördlichen Innenstadtring. Zur TU-Braunschweig sind es max. 10 Minuten Fußweg und in die Innenstadt max. 15 Mintuten zu Fuß.
Super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel, in 3 Minuten zu Fuß (Bus und Straßenbahn).
Der nächste Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten entfernt und hat von 7-23 Uhr geöffnet.
Im Park ist man auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne.
Außerdem haben wir eine geräumige Wohnküche (ca. 22 qm), die super geeignet ist, um schöne Abende mit seinen Freunden zu verbringen.
