zum 1.2-1.4 such ich einen NachmieterIn. Je früher desto besser. Meine Wohnung liegt in Solln in der Springerstraße 23. 28,5qm, 6.Stock. Kammer, Küche, Bad extra. Bus fährt vor der Haustür alle 10min, zu Stoßzeiten auch alle 5min. Mit dem Bus hast du auch Anschluss zur UBahn. Kleine Küche vorhanden, mit Backofen und Herd, allerdings ohne Kühlschrank. Bett (1,40m)+ Wohnzimmerschrank, sowie Fernsehschränkchen lasse ich nach Absprache gerne hier oder auch nicht, je nach Wunsch. Miete: 432€ warm. Kaution ca. 1000€. Penny, Tengelmann, Rewe, Müller, Sparkasse, Zeitschriftenladen, Restaurant (Chinesisch), Apotheke alles fußläufig in 3min erreichbar.
