Ich m, 29, Student an der TU Ilmenau, suchen zum 1.Oktober einen neuen Mitbewohner für meine gemütliche 58m² Wohnung im Wohngebiet am Stollen.
Ein Edeka ist direkt um die Ecke, Aldi ist auch nur 5 min entfernt.
Zur Uni sind es ca 10 min zu Fuss, in die Stadt auch nicht viel mehr.
Ein Kellerabteil und Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind auch vorhanden.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin, die nun auszieht, Hauptmieterin der Wohnung war und ich nur noch ein halbes Jahr in Ilmenau studieren werde wäre es gut, wenn du gleich die Hauptmieterschaft übernehmen könntest. Nach meinem Auszug können dann auch einige Möbel (Waschmaschine etc) übernommen werden, teilweise auch kostenlos (Küche, Sofa...)
Die Wohnung kostet warm ca 370 € + ca 60 € für Strom und Gas.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind etwa 9 und 12 m² groß.
