Hallo,
Suche für mein 1 Zimmerappartment einen Nachmieter. Das Appartment ist ab sofort frei.
Ich habe 2 Jahre dort gewohnt und war sehr zufrieden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick über Kaiserslautern.
Das Haus hat insgesamt 6 Stöcke.
In der Wohnung steht noch ein Kleiderschrank und es ist ein Hochbett vorhanden,das bei Bedarf aufgebaut werden kann.
Es sind nur 5 minuten zum Bahnhof, damit also eine super Busanbindung und 7 Minuten in die Stadt. Der nächste Aldi und Edeka sind auch nicht weit entfernt.
Strom muss privat angemeldet werden
