Hey WG-Suchende,
ich verlasse mein Zimmer in einer super Wohngemeinschaft, weil ich für das Master-Studium in eine andere Stadt ziehe.
Die schöne Altbau-Wohnung liegt nah am TU-Campus (5 Min zu Fuß) und der Innenstadt. Direkt um die Ecke findet man Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Real, Bäcker, Tankstelle etc.), Parks und eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 90m² groß, liegt im Hochparterre und ist mit der großen Küche gut für gemeinsames Kochen und sonstiges WG-Leben geeignet. Das Zimmer an sich hat knapp 20m² und liegt zum Innenhof mit großer Wiese, wodurch es schön ruhig und hell ist. Ein fest eingebautes Hochbett ist vorhanden und kann gerne übernommen werden.
Die beiden WG-Mitbewohner sind Jakob (24) TU Student und Evelin (22) HBK-Studentin, dazu noch zwei Katzen. In der Nachbarschaft sind einige WGs und auch sonst sind alle entspannt und nett.
Kosten: 245€ für Miete, Heizung, Öko-Strom, Internet und Kabel-Anschluss vorhanden.
