Wir suchen ab sofort ein(e) WG-Mitbewohner/in. Es ist eine schöne 4Raumwohnung dicht am Schlosspark Center im 2OG. Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich (weiblich) wohnen erst seit einem Monat in der Wohnung. Wir wollten aus unserem Elternhaus raus und haben uns zusammen getan. Es soll eine 3er WG werden.
Wäre schön wenn du zwischen 18-32 Jahre alt bist. Dein Zimmer wäre im Dachgeschoss mit den Abmassen von ca. 2,4 x 4,3m. Die Wohnung hat 2 Etagen und dein Zimmer liegt im oberen Bereich.
Geräte und Ausstattung von der Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad stehen für dich voll zur Verfügung.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 300 Euro warm. Internet, Kabel, Strom und Heizkosten sind in der Miete enthalten. Keine Kaution oder Coutage
