Die beiden freien Zimmer liegen zum einen im ersten Stock in einer lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung oder im Parterre, wobei Bad, Küche und Wohnstube der oberen Wohnung mitbenutzt werden. Das untere sind im Prinzip zwei Zimmer, die frisch renoviert sind mit Dielenboden und neuen Holzfenstern Kosten daher 500,- plus 100,- Nebenkosten. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden und Nutzung inclusive, ebenso Wlan. Große Terrasse und Lagerfeuerplatz.
Man geht 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof Tostedt und 5 Minuten zu Penny/ Rewe/ Aldi/Takko etc. 10 Min zum zentralen Ortskern mit ein paar Läden und Restaurants etc. Tostedt ist mit dem Gesamtticket des HVV zu erreichen, 2 mal stündl. fährt ein Zug nach HH Hbf. Buchholz ist 10 Bahnminuten weg, da findet man auch H&M, C&A usw....Kleinstadt eben.
It's a five minutes walk to the train station of Tostedt. The trains to Hamburg leave twice per hour and take around 40 minutes to central station. In the village you find food stores of all kind such as Aldi, Rewe, Lidl etc. within a few minutes walk as well as some restaurants. It is the last station south within the HVV.
Ich bewohne das alte Haus, das früher mal eine kleine Hofstelle war, mit einem netten jungen Paar und drei freundlichen Katzen. Ich bin Lehrerin für Sprachen und suche warmherzige Menschen, die mit "jungen Leuten" aller Altersgruppen gut auskommen und sich (falls nicht auf Deutsch) auf Englisch oder Spanisch verständigen können. Ich habe immer in Familie oder Wohngemeinschaft gelebt und finde es großartig, gemeinsam zu kochen, kreativ zu sein, am Feuer zu sitzen oder einfach am großen Holztisch über Gott und die Welt zu reden. Gartenliebhaber finden auf dem Grundstück ebenso ihre Entfaltungsmöglichkeiten wie Bastler und Musiker...wir sind muntere, offene Menschen und würden uns über weitere Jahre netter WG-Erfahrung freuen.

Ich bin am besten auf dem Handy zu erreichen. Uhrzeit ist egal. Wenn ich im Bett bin, ist es aus. Habe seit ich hier wohne immer ein offenes Haus gehabt und wenn es niemanden stört, dürfen bei mir auch mal Couchsurfer übernachten. Freue mich über nette Gespräche und ggf. auch internationale Gemeinschaft.

Time doesn't matter, when I sleep, it's off. ;-) Since I've lived here I've had an open house and if it doesn't bother anyone, I would rent my room out for some days every once in a while. I am looking forward to interesting conversations ans maybe international community.
