Ich untervermiete meine geräumige Wohnung im Zentrum von Maastricht. Die Wohnung ist privat, auf dem 1.OG und besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, WC und Abstellraum. Alle Räume sind komplett möbliert. Drahtloses Internet, sowie Waschmaschiene, Trockner und TV sind vorhanden. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, d.h. keine Kälte; das Schlafzimmer nicht zur Strasse gelegen, d.h. kein Autolärm (obwohl die Strasse selbst recht ruhig ist).
Die Wohnung ist nur einen 5-min. Fußweg vom Vrijthof, der Platielstraat, dem Markt, der School of Business and Economics (SBE), der Law and der European Studies Fakultät entfernt. Zur Bahnstation Maastricht sind es 20 min. zu Fuß oder 5-10 min. mit dem Bus (Busstation 200m entfernt). Der nächste Supermarkt (Aldi/Albert Hijn) ist 5-10 min. Fußweg entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist jedes Ziel im Zentrum Maastricht's in weniger als 10 min. zu erreichen.
Die Länge des Untermietungsverhältnis ist auf 3 Monate beschränkt, von 1. Januar 2014 - 31. März 2014. Die monatliche Miete inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet beträgt 600,- EUR. Eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete wird verlangt. Ich bin unter der Woche für Besichtigungen (nach Terminabsprache) zugegen und freue mich von Interessierten zu hören.
