Wir suchen für unser Wohnkollektiv mindestens ein neues Mitbewohnsis für mindestens ein teilmöbliertes Zimmer ab Februar 2025. Möglicherweise wird auch ein weiteres Zimmer frei.
Da wir ein Gästebett haben, ist das Einzugsdatum auch nach vorne hin flexibel. Zimmer vergeben wir gerne auch nur für ein, zwei Semester, aber auch langfristig ist möglich. Für eine langfristige Miete beträgt die Kaution 784€.
Unser Wohnkollektiv ist angelehnt an das Konzept des „Funktionalen Wohnens“: Der Großteil der Wohnungsfläche wird gemeinsam genutzt. Wir ergänzen diese Idee um sechs etwa 8qm große Privaträume, die alle über Hochbetten verfügen.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist ca. 150qm groß und bietet viel Gemeinschaftsfläche: Bad, WC, Essplatz, Küche, Abstellraum mit Gästebett, Wohnzimmer, 2 Terrassen (siehe Fotos). Die Wohnung ist außerdem mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und einigen anderen praktischen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet, die natürlich zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen.
Our living collective is looking for at least one new roomie to stay in at least one partly furnished rooms starting from February 2025. There might be another room available too.
As we have a guest bed in a separate room moving in is also possible earlier. The rooms are available shortterm for one or two semester or longterm. For longterm rent the deposit ist 784€.
Our idea of living together is sharing most of the space in the apartment collectivly. Additional to the community areas we have six private sleeping rooms with about 8sqm and a loft bed.
The apartment we are living in has 150sqm and has a big bathroom, a dining area, a big kitchen, a storage room with a guest bed, a living room and two terraces.
We have a washing machine, a dish washer, and a bunch of other useful electronics that are open to collective use.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock eines 3-Parteien-Hauses an der Hetzendorfer Straße.
Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es (Nacht-)Bus- und Straßenbahnstationen (Station Schloss Hetzendorf), in etwa 7 Minuten Gehweg ist die S-Bahnstation Hetzendorf, wo sich weitere (Nacht-)Busstationen befinden. Zur Philadelphiabrücke (Wien Meidling, U6) und zur Meidlinger Hauptstraße (U4 und einige Busse) braucht mensch etwa 15min, in einer halben bis dreiviertel Stunde ist mensch eigentlich so ziemlich überall in Wien.
The flat is located at Hetzendorfer Straße in the 12th district (Meidling), on the first floor of a three-flat building.
There are tram, bus and night bus stations right in front of the building (the stop is called Schloss Hetzendorf), and the S-Bahn station Hetzendorf is about 7 minutes by foot, more (night) buses stop there. The subway stations Meidling/Philadelphiabrücke (U6) and Meidlinger Hauptstraße (U4) are about 15 minutes by tram/bus, and most places in Vienna can be reached in 30 to 45 minutes.
Neben den hier wohnenden +/- sechs Personen leben hier auch zwei Katzen. Zu unserem Kollektiv gehören außerdem vier Personen und ein Hund, die nicht hier in dieser Wohnung wohnen.
Wir suchen nach Menschen, die Lust haben, politische Ideen in den Alltag zu tragen und Zusammenleben zu einem politischen Projekt zu machen.
Nicht alle von uns sind männlich, weiblich oder divers. Da die Seite uns aber nur diese drei Optionen anbietet, haben wir einige der Figürchen oben freigelassen.
Neben Eigenverantwortung und solidarischer Kollektivverantwortung sind uns im Zusammenleben eine kritische Haltung zu Konsum, sowie zu Macht- und Diskriminierungsmustern wichtig. Wir haben uns im Kollektiv auf vegetarische Ernährung geeinigt, wobei wir bei gedumpsterten Fleisch und bei der Ernährung von Haustieren eine Ausnahme machen.
Geraucht kann auf den Terrassen werden.
Das Einkaufen und den Haushalt versuchen wir fair untereinander aufzuteilen. Wir versuchen auch alternative Wege der Lebensmittelbeschaffung abseits der kommerziellen Verwertung zu praktizieren.
Um heteronormative Arbeitsaufteilung zu vermeiden, ist uns wichtig, Wege zu finden, auf denen alle Haushaltsarbeit in den Alltag einfließen lassen können, in Abwägung von Notwendigkeit und eigenen und gemeinsamen Ressourcen.
Next to the +/- six humins living here, there are also two cats. Four other humins and a dog are also part of our collective, but are not living here.
We are looking for people who would like to bring their political ideas to daily life and to make living together a political project.
Not all of us are male or female and as this site only gives us these two options, some of the little figures up on the site are left grey.
In our collective we are 8 humins. Three of us are mainly living in a second appartment nearby and also have one room here in this flat. Also two cats are living here with us.
As we try to live together in solidarity, it is important to us to take responsibility for ourselves and others and to work on being aware of structures of power and discrimination. We agreed on a vegetarian diet. Meat we find by dumpster diving is an exception as well as the food for pets..
Smoking is possible on the terraces.
We try to spread shopping tasks and chores fairly among everyone. Additionally, we try to practice alternative ways of acquiring food besides the commercial paths.
As we try to not reproduce heteronormative share of work, it is important to us to find ways to make household work a part of daily life in considering the necessities and the own and collective ressources.
Der Kostenbeitrag zu MM und BK beträgt 360€ pro Person, dazu kommen momentan 70€ Nebenkosten für Heizung, Strom, Gas und Internet. Als Kaution rechnen wir einen Monatsbeitrag, also 430€, nach Vereinbarung auch in Raten zahlbar. Für eine langfristige Miete ist die Kaution 784€.€
