Hallo,
Da mein Mitbewohner zum 1.2.16 auszieht, suche ich neue Nachmieter/innen.
Das Große Zimmer ist ca 19qm groß und liegt in südöstlicher Richtung.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca.80qm groß und beinhaltet eine Küche mit kleiner Vorratsnische, ein Bad mit separater Toilette, und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (17qm). Ein 6m langer Balkon lädt zum Grillen und Sonnen ein.
Bis auf die 2 frei werdenen Zimmer ist die Wohung voll möbiliert.
Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Hennef und Bonn liegt direkt vor der Tür, zum Lidl u. Fitnesscenter sind es gerade mal 4 min. Fußweg.
Der St.Augustiner Marktplatz (+Huma, Einkaufszentrum) und Bahnhof liegt ca. 8 min. zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Zur Hochschule St. Augustin sind es 15 mn. zu Fuß.
Wir sind KEINE Zweckwg- heißt, wir kochen und unternehmen gerne was zusammen.
Ich würde das sehr gerne so beibehalten da es das Wg- leben einfacher und lustischer macht.
