WG-Zimmer ca. 20 QM im Altbau, optimal für Daimler-Praktikanten in Untertürkheim zu vermieten. Daimler 3 Minuten zu Fuß, DB- U- S-Bahnhof 4 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Mitbenutzung separates WC, Dusche und Küche. Arbeiter WG! Teilmöbliert, Bett und Schrank und sonstiges vorhanden nach Absprache! Zimmer ist mit Schallschutzfenstern ausgestattet, da an den Bahngleisen.
Haus liegt in Stuttgart Untertürkheim in der Benzstrasse, somit ist das Daimler Motorenwerk dein neuer Nachbar, alles zu Fuss locker zu erreichen. In das Stadtzentrum sind es nur 10 Minuten per Bahn die alle 8 Minuten fährt. Kaufland und Bauhaus, sowie Aldi und Freibad per PKW in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Eher ruhige, da Arbeiter-WG, tagsüber bei der Arbeit und Abends dann Ruhe und Erholung, mal ein gemeinsames Bier und ein Schwätzchen ist jedoch immer drin.
Das Haus ist Altbau und Dein zukünftiges Fenster ist neu Schallschutz da zur Bahn. Bad ist mit neuen Isolierfenstern ausgestattet, was ein gutes Lüftungsverhalten voraussetzt.
Dusche ist renovierungsbedürftig aber benutzbar. Küche ist mit Gasherd ausgestattet und neue Waschmaschiene sowie neue Mikrowelle und alten Kühl- Gefrierkombination.
Die Zimmer sind alle mit Laminat ausgelegt, separates WC ist aktuell ca 3 Jahre alt.
