In unserem urigen WG-Häuschen wird ein Zimmer frei, das wir gerne mit einer netten und aufgeschlossenen Personen bestücken möchten. Das ist ca. 16 m² groß und hat einen Holzdielenboden. Das Haus ist auf zwei Stockwerke mit jeweils Bad, Küche und Toilette aufgeteilt welche zu dritt genutzt werden.
Ab 03.03.2022 steht das Zimmer frei!
A room is going to be vacant soon, which we would like to fill with a nice and open-minded person. The room is about 16 m² and has a wooden floor. The house is divided into two floors, each with bathroom, kitchen and toilet and are each shared by three people.
Beginning the 03.03.2022 the room is free!
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein: die Innenstadt erreichst du zu Fuß in 15 Minuten, der Bäcker, eine Apotheke und das Kaufland sind innerhalb von einer Minute erreichbar! Wenn du dann mal den Bus nehmen musst, ist das auch kein Problem: diesen erreichst du ebenfalls innerhalb einer Minute. In den nahegelegenen Wald brauchst du ebenfalls 15 Minuten und wenn du gerne joggen gehst, kannst du das super an der Steinlach machen, die auch nicht weit weg ist :).
The house's location is really great: around 10 minutes to get into the city and one minute to the bus station and nearby shops like the Kaufland, pharmacy etc. (Just look for Sternplatz on Google Maps).
Die WG besteht aus einer bunten Mischung: hier studiert jeder etwas Anderes! Wir sind aktuell drei Frauen und drei Männer. Gerne unternehmen wir etwas gemeinsam oder sitzen im Sommer auf unserer wunderschönen Terrasse um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Gesucht wird also jemand, der offen ist und Lust auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten hat. Allerdings gibt es bei uns kein Pflichtprogramm: d.h wenn du mal lernen musst oder deine Ruhe willst, ist keiner böse :). Da sich die WG auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt, teilt man sich immer zu dritt ein Badezimmer, Toilette und eine Küche und hat somit nicht das Gefühl auf engstem Raum zu leben.
The WG consists of a colorful mixture. Here everyone studies something different! We are currently six people, three male and three female. We like spend to evenings together and in the summer use our beautiful terrace. We are looking for someone who is open-minded and who likes to do things together. However, there is no compulsory program: i.e. if you have to study or want your peace and quiet, you are free to do so :). Since the WG is separated into two floors, you always share a bathroom, toilet, and kitchen with two others and thus do not have the feeling of living in a confined space.
Also: wenn du Interesse und Zeit hast, dann schreib uns doch eine kurze Nachricht und erzähl uns ein bisschen was über dich. Wir sprechen häufiger mal Englisch, also wenn es dir möglich ist, würden wir uns freuen, wenn du uns auch auf Englisch schreiben könntest. Wenn nicht ist das aber auch ok :D. Wir melden uns dann bei dir :). Wenn du uns deine Bewerbung schickst, beginne bitte deinen ersten Absatz mit einer Begrüßung wie "Hallo" in einer beliebigen Sprache (z.B. Bonjour) , aber nicht auf Deutsch oder Englisch, damit wir wissen, dass du unsere Beschreibung gelesen hast.
