Hallo! Da ich wegen eines Auslandspraktikums von Mitte Juli bis Ende September 2015 nicht hierzulande sein werde, vermiete ich mein ca. 20 qm großes Appartement. Es ist möbliert und hat ein separates kleines Bad sowie eine Miniküche (Standard-Studentenausstattung). Ausstattung: W-LAN, Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Waschsalon im Erdgeschoss, Bürotisch, Bürostuhl, 2 Rollcontainer u.v.m. Bei der Miete i.H.v. 690 Euro handelt es sich um die MONATSMIETE.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral: U3 Olympiazentrum (1 Minute zu Fuß) am Münchner Olympiapark, Olympiadorf und neben der BMW-Welt. 11 Minuten bis zur LMU mit der U-Bahn. Zwei Minuten entfernt gibt es viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Imbissbuden, Restaurants, eine Postfiliale sowie Bankfilialen u.v.m. Das Olympia Einkaufszentrum ist 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt.
Der Zeitraum ist vor allem für diejenigen ideal, die das Oktoberfest (Beginn 19.09.2015) für etwa 8 Tage erwischen wollen.
