Sehr schöne 3 Zimmer in wunderschöner Altbau-Villa mit Holzdielen und teilweise Stuck. Das Haus wurde saniert, Bäder neu gemacht, neue Fenster und Elektrik. Wohne dort seit ca. 10 Jahren, bisher mit einem Mitbewohner, zuletzt auch mit dessen Lebenspartnerin, die nun jedoch beide in eine eigene Wohnung ziehen. Bin selbst nur Dienstag abend bis Freitag morgen dort, z.T. auch seltener, da ich in München wohne und nur aus beruflichen Gründen unter der Woche vor Ort sein muß. Die Wohnung hat eine komplette Küche mit amerik. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller zu Mitbenutzung,ein sehr großes Bad, Gäste-WC, Sat-Anlage und WLAN-Flat sowie Telefon-Flat. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, Lauflage zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Ansehen lohnt sich. Ev. auch nur zwei Zimmer mit Durchgang möglich für 750.- warm. Vorstellbar ist ein Mitbewohner männlich oder weiblich bzw. ein Paar. FREI AB 01.11.2016
