Hallo zusammen,
da ich für ein paar Monate Düsseldorf verlassen werde, biete ich ab Mitte Juni/Anfang Juli bis November mein schönes, großes möbliertes Zimmer in einer Zweier-WG, zur Zwischenmiete für € 400,- inkl. Bett, Schränke, volleingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine, voll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer, Balkon und Waschmaschine und Internet an. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Rhein (ca. 6 Gehminuten) im Stadtteil Golzheim, nähe Nordstraße (ca. 2 Gehminuten), vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kneipen, Restaurants, U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Bussen (ÖPNV: ca. 2 Gehminuten) etc. Perfekte Lage und dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer geht nach hinten zum grünen Innenhof raus. Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit einem unkomplizierten Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung hat noch eine kleine Wohnküche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Es ist alles da, was man an Möbeln und Sonstigem braucht. Der Mitbewohner ist absolut unkompliziert.
Da ich so schnell wie möglich das Zimmer vergeben möchte, freue ich mich auf schnelle Antworten. Viele Grüße, Anna
