Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 3er WG in einem Plattenbau im 6. Stock im Dachgeschoss. Mit seiner viereckigen Form bietet es viele Möglichkeiten für die Einrichtung. Es liegt auf der Südseite und der anliegende Balkon schafft viel Helligkeit.
Ideal für Medizinstudenten, Bufdies oder FSJler, da das Uniklinikum nur 15 min zu Fuß entfernt ist.
Die Wohnung als WG soll gerne bestehen bleiben, allerding ziehen alle Bewohner bis spätestens zum 31. August 2016 aus. Das heißt es bietet sich die Chance mit Freunden oder Bekannten zusammen einzuziehen zu etwas versetzten Zeiten. Die Grundausstattung würde in de rWOhnung bleiben.
Es muss ein neuer Vertrag mit allen Bewohnern geschlossen werden, da alle Bewohner ausziehen.
