Die WG besteht aus 4 komfortablen Wohnbereichen im Obergeschoss (es gibt nur Parterre und Obergeschoss). Ein Raum mit ca. 25 qm ist frei. Der Raum ist hell mit Fenstern zu einem Hintehof und fast quadratisch geschnitten.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten einschließlich Strom, Heizung, Sat-TV und einer Internet-Flatrate.
S-Bahn-Verbindung zur Hauptwache in 8 min. Fußweg zur S-Bahn 3 min. Fußweg zum Supermarkt ca. 2 min. Stadtwald (Schwanheim) und Niedwald (Nidda) fußläufig erreichbar (1,5-2 km).
Da ich als Vermieter nicht dauerhaft vor Ort bin, sind Angaben meinerseits hier nicht sinnvoll. Ich verweise hier an die bisherigen WG-Bewohner und überlasse diesen auch weitgehend die Auswahl neuer Mitbewohner.

Waschmaschine, Trockner. Terasse von ca. 50 qm. Insgesamt hochwertige Ausstattung. Derzeit belegt mit 3 Mietern (1w 2m). Ein Raum mit ca. 25 qm wird frei.
