Da ich für ein Semester im Ausland bin, möchte ich mein schönes 15m2-WG-Zimmer gerne untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist in einer 6er-WG im Wohnheim Johann-Griesbach-Straße 7 und ist vollständig möbliert mit Bett, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal, Sessel und einer Stehlampe. Das Fenster liegt zur Südseite, wodurch es tagsüber schön hell ist.
Es gibt zwei Bäder, sodass auch bei sechs Leuten am Morgen kein Stau entsteht. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen und Verweilen ein. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Balkon, der einen herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt bietet und sich gerade im Sommer hervorragend zum Grillen, Entspannen, ... anbietet.
Since I'm going to be abroad for one semester, I'd like to sublet my nice 15 m2 room. It's in a 6-people shared flat in the dorm at Johann-Griesbach-Straße 7. The room is fully furnished, including bed, bed stand, desk, wardrobe, shelf and a standard lamp. The window faces south, so it's all bright during the day.
There are two bathrooms avoiding bottlenecks in the mornings. The kitchen is rather spacious and invites to have dinner and spend time there together. Moreover, there is a great balcony offering a gorgeous view of the city, which is also great for barbecues, relaxing, ..., especially in the summer.
Die Wohnung liegt in etwa auf halber Höhe des Landgrafen. Zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es ca. 5 min zu Fuß, ins Stadtzentrum läuft man 10-15 min. Zudem ist man mit wenigen Schritten in der Natur und kann das weitläufige Waldgebiet um den Napoleonstein erkunden.
The flat is situated approximately half way up the "Landgrafen" mountain. It takes about 5 min on foot to the nearest tram station, and to the city centre it's a 10-15 min walk. Furthermore, it's only a few steps to reach the forest and explore the surroundings of the "Napoleonstein" with an even more impressive view of the city.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen und Mitbewohner studieren Physik, Wirtschaft und Lehramt und sind alle sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Wir kochen immer mal wieder gemeinsam oder sitzen so zusammen und quatschen.
Your flatmates study Physics, Economics, and Education and are all very nice and open-minded. We'd cook together or just sit down and chat every now and then.
Die Miete von 168,00 € beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten. Ein LAN-Internetanschluss kostet 10 € im Monat, allerdings gibt es sogar Uni-WLAN in der Wohnung, sodass der Kabelanschluss eigentlich nicht benötigt wird.
The rent of 168.00 € includes water, electricity, and heating. An ethernet internet connection costs an additional 10 € a month, but you can also connect to the university WiFi, so the cable isn't actually needed.
