Hallo allerseits, hello there (english explanation below)
English explanation:
I'll be leaving the flat for the next summer semester in April and moving to a student residence. Therefore my room will be available. I would take all my furnitures with me, except for the wardrobe which I would leave for you. I bought it new when we moved in 2 and 1/2 years ago so I'd like to have a small contribution of 60€ for it. The flat itself is very modern since it’s located in a house that got entirely renovated before we moved in.
It is located quite centrally almost next to the campus “TU Stadtmitte” and the next bus stop „Alexanderstrasse“ is just 10 minutes away within walking distance. Grocery stores (supermarkets) REWE or Penny are about 7 mins away within walking distance.
Your flat mates would be Maria from Portugal and Simone from Italy. Simone (male Italian name) is working on his PhD-Program at TU Darmstadt in Computer Science Engineering and likes to go to the gym quite often. Maria works as a kindergarten teacher and likes dancing, cooking and meeting friends. We are not a party flat, more likely calm living together in harmony. The flat language is English. If you’re interested or if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me. Also write something about yourself, so that we can arrange a day and time for a visit. We are looking forward to hearing from you. Greetings Marius.
