Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, inmitten Friedrichshain, nur wenige Gehminuten von angesagten Bars, Restaurants und Clubs. Die öffentliche Verkehrsmittelanbindung ist perfekt - nur 8min zur Ostkreuz S-Bahn Station, 2min zur Straßenbahn M13.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man zum Leben braucht, von daher perfekt wenn man ledilich für kurze Zeit in Berlin ist, oder um vor Ort die Suche nach etwas Festem zu starten.
Die Wohung befindet sich im 4ten Stock, wodurch sie sehr hell ist.
Der Mietpreis für die 2 Wochen beträgt 600€ und Strom/Internet etc. ist alles mit im Preis enthalten.
Ideal für ein Pärchen, oder für 2 Freunde.
Die Wohnung hat 2 große Zimmer, das eine verfügt über ein riesiges Boxspringbett (180x200) und das andere über ein Palettenbett (140x200) und ein riesiges Sofa. Von daher hat es 2 Schlafzimmer.

I am renting out my furnished, beautiful apartment in the best location! It's located in a quiet street in the core of Friedrichshain, just walking minutes from bars, restaurants and clubs.
Connection to public transportation is perfect - only 8min walk to the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station, which takes you everywhere and 2min to the tram M13.
The apartment has everything you need for living and is thus perfect for anyone who is in Berlin for a limited time, or wants to search for something permanent from here.

All utilities, internet etc. are included in the 2 week rent of 600€.

Nur 5 Gehminuten von der Ostkreuz S-Bahn Station entfernt, diverse Supermärkte 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Jeden Samstag findet ein Wochenenmarkt auf dem Boxhagener Platz statt, der nur 3min zu Fuß entfernt liegt. Dort wird frisches Gemüse, Obst, Fleisch, Fisch, Blumen, Antiquitäten und vieles mehr verkauft.
Es gibt unzählige tolle Bars, Restaurants und Clubs zu entdecken, die lediglich wenige Minuten entfernt liegen.

Located only a 5min walk to Ostkreuz S-Bahn, there are various supermarkets in 5-10min walking distance depending on which one you prefer. There is a farmer market which is every Saturday, only 3min walk away, where you can buy fresh and organic vegetables, meat, fish, flowers, furniture and more.
Great bars and restaurant only a few minutes walk.
The location is amazing, as the street is very calm, while everything exiting is just 5min to walk to.
