Es gibt eine große, sonnige Küche, ein kleines, aber feines Bad, ein Schlafzimmer (ca. 12 qm) und ein größeres Zimmer, das im Moment als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird (ca. 23 qm), komplett mit Balkon und funktionstüchtigem Kachelofen für kuschelige Abende.
This cozy apartment lies in the heart of Berlin, close to everything you could possibly want, in one of the city's most diverse neighborhoods. It is located in the rear house, overlooking a green courtyard.
The space has one bedroom (ca. 12 sq.), a living room with a working fireplace, a balcony and a spare couch if need be (ca. 23 sq.), one bright and sunny kitchen and a small bathroom.
Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und 24h geöffnete Dönerläden direkt vor der Haustür, Malplaquetkiez und Sprengelkiez sind in fünf Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in zwei Minuten Gehdistanz mit allem was das Herz begehrt, real, dm, Edeka, Biocompany und Bolus.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: U6, Bus 106/120, Tram 13/50 2 Minuten, Ringbahn 5 min entfernt. Distanz Friedrichstraße 7 min, Bahnhof Zoo 15 min, Prenzlauerberg, Kreuzberg 15 min.
There's lots of different, good and cheap food around, with supermarkets and spätis in walking distance (ice cream all night long!).
Public transport is literally right around the corner with U-Bahn (U6), bus and Trambahn (M13,50) 3 minutes away and Ringbahn within reach of 5 minutes. This means Friedrichsstraße 7 min, Bahnhof Zoo 15 min and Prenzlauer Berg or Kreuzberg no more than 15 min away.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Paare geeignet, theoretisch ist aber auch eine WG möglich, da es zwei getrennte Zimmer gibt, allerdings ist im Moment nur eine Schlafmöglichkeit vorhanden.
