Hallo zusammen,
Wir sind eine 3er WG und es wird im Februar mindestens 1 Zimmer frei in der Größe von ca. 22m² und ca. 430€ Miete (inkl. Strom, Heizung, Internet, etc.) und wahrscheinlich ein 2. ZImmer, ca. 17m² Miete ca. 380€. Die Wohnung liegt am Gürtel Ecke Ullmannstraße. Bis zur U6 Gumpendorferstr. und bis zur U4 Margaretengürtel sind es nur ca. 5 Gehminuten, also Top Öffi-Anbindung.
Da die Hauptmieterin auszieht, wären wir daran interessiert, dass der/die neue sich bereit erklärt, die Hauptmiete zu übernehmen. Ansonsten müssten wir die WG leider komplett auflösen und das soll eigentlich nicht sein. D.h. wenn du also noch jemanden kennst, der mit dir einziehen möchte, dann lass es uns schnell wissen.
