- Küche (13 qm groß) mit E-Herd, Regalschrank und allen notwendigen Besteck auch vorhanden.
Wichtig: Die Wohnung kann auch wochenweise gemietet werden (Wochenmiete €120,00).
Die Wohnung befindet sich Am Nordostbahnhof.
- nur 3-4 Minuten zur U-Bahn, Bushaltstelle, Einkaufmöglichkeiten (wie Netto, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka) und Bäckerei,
- Ab 12.Dec.2016 es gibt direktverbindung von ort nach Erlangen.
- Hallenbad ist auch nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß.
