Es handelt sich um ein ca. 16 qm großes Zimmer in einer wirklich sehr schönen, relativ großen 2er WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich ein einem schönen, gepflegten Wohnhaus im 1 OG.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer ( mit Badewanne), ein sperates WC und einer gemütlichen Küche. Das Beste: der kleine aber sehr schöne Balkon.
Die WG liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße nähe Humboldstraße und Aufseßplatz. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbbar: U-Bahn: 5 Minuten, Hauptbahnhof: 10 Minuten (Ideal für Pendler), 15 Minuten Innenstadt, Südstadtbad
In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: REWE, Dm, Aldi , Netto , Gemüseläden , Metzgereien, Bäcker etc. etc
Da meine liebe Mitbewohnerin die Stadt verlässt - suche ich ab den 1.Juli , gerne auch früher eine neue MitbewohnerInn.
Ich bin 30 Jahre und Sozialpädagogin. Unter der Woche bin ich somit also brav arbeiten. Ich bin viel unterwegs und manchmal auch selten daheim. Wenn ich aber daheim bin - bin ich einer netten Plauderei in der gemütlcihen Küche / auf dem Balkon nicht abgeneigt.
Ich wünsche mir ein unkomplizertes und wohlwollendes Miteinander.
