In unserer 3er WG werden für Februar sogar zwei Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist 23qm groß und durch die hohen Decken und den schönen Parkettboden sehr gemütlich. Die 2 großen Fenster gehen zu einem Innenhof, der sehr ruhig ist. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem großen Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, Regal und einem Klavier.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei weiteren Zimmern, einem neu sanierten Bad, separater Toilette und einer offenen Küche mit Esszimmerbereich. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon, den wir oft für Weinabende im Sommer nutzen :)
Die Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist top: 4min zur U2 Museumsquartier, 7min zur U3 Neubaugasse und 10min zur U4 Karlsplatz.
Von der Wohnung ist man direkt auf der Mariahilferstraße, im schönen 7. Bezirk und auch der 1. Bezirk ist in Gehweite. In unserer Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafes und Shops.
Du wohnst mit Rebekka und Mona zusammen, die schon länger in Wien sind und sich im wienerischen Studentenleben gut auskennen. In unserem WG-Leben ist es uns wichtig, dass sich jeder wohlfühlt, seine Privatsphäre hat und auch das gemeinschaftliche Zusammenleben nicht zu kurz kommt. Wir sitzen gerne bei Wein zusammen, kochen gemeinsam oder spielen Brettspiele.

In our flatshare of 3 people will be even two free rooms in February!
The room is 23qm big and with its high ceilings and wooden floor very cozy. There are two windows which head to a calm courtyard. The room is fully furnished: a big bed, a wardrobe, a shelf and a piano.
The flat consists of two more rooms, a very new bathroom, seperate toilet and an open kitchen with dining room. We also have a small balkony which we often use for some wine evenings in summer :)
The flat is well connected to plenty of public transports: 4min to U2 Museumsquartier, 7min to U3 Neubaugasse and 10min to U4 Karlsplatz.
We live very close to Mariahilferstraße, to 7th district (popular students' district) and also 1st dirstrict is in walking distance. Nearby you will find many restaurants, cafes and shops.
You will live with Rebekka and Mona who both know Vienna and especially student life pretty well. In our flatshare it is important that everyone feels comfortable. We respect one's privacy and also like to spend time together. We like to cook together, drink some wine or play card games.
