Das Zimmer hat Morgensonne und liegt zur Straße hinaus. Die Möbel würde ich drinnen lassen, Kleiderscharnk würde ich frei räumen. Außer dem Zimmer kannst du noch eine große Küche mit Wintergarten, ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und Beamer, ein Arbeits-/Gäste-/Sportzimmer und einen großen Garten mitbenutzen.
The room has morning sun and is on the street side of the flat. The room is fully furnished. I will empty the wardrope and shelf for you. Besides the room there is a lot of shared space: a big kitchen with winter garden, a living room with balcony and projector, a work/guest/sport room and a big garden downstairs.
Unser Haus liegt auf der Gießerstraße fast am Adler. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es en masse und auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist super Bus 60 und Straßenbahnen 1, 2 und 3 in wenigen Minuten zu erlaufen.
Nicht weit weg ist die Karl-Heine-Straße mit Kneipen, Restaurants, Kinos etc.
Außerdem ist der Park/Wald um die Ecke und der Cospudner- und der Kulkwitzer See sind nicht weit.
Our house is on Gießerstraße near Adler. There are many supermarkets around the corner, as well as Bus 60 and tram line 1,2 and 3. Not far away is Karl Hein Str. with many bars, restaurants and cinemas etc.
Furthermore, the park/forest is around the corner and the lakes Cospudner See and Kulkwitzer See are close.
Neben dir wohnen hier noch 6 andere: Nazanin (Studentin, Aktivistin), Florian (Künstler, Musiker), Philip (Künstler, Rahmenbauer), Finn (Tischler), Friedemann (Ergotherapeut) and Fine (Künstlerin). Fine and Finn are only part time there. Es gibt auch eine dicke, alte Katze namens Torkel, eine Allergie wäre also nicht so gut.
Alle sind nett und wir kochen oft zusammen, schauen hin und wieder einen Film im Wohnzimmer oder trinken ein Bier in der Küche. In der Küche wird geraucht. Wenn du deine Ruhe haben willst, auch gut! Einfach Zimmertür zu machen. Die Wohnung ist eh so groß, dass man sich auch gut aus dem Weg gehen kann. Es gibt einen Putzplan und jede Woche eine Biokiste.
With you there would be 6 other people: Nazanin (student, activist), Florian (artist, musician), Philip (artist, frame builder), Finn (carpenter), Friedemann (occupational therapist) and Fine (artist). Besides them there is a fat old cat called Torkel, so if you are allergic, this flat is no good choice.
Everybody is very nice, we cook together a lot, once in a while we whatch a film in the living room or we drink a beer in the kitchen. We smoke in the kitchen. If you prefer some peace and quiet no problem, just close your door! In any case, the flat is big enough for everyone to have their space.
There is a cleaning plan and a organic vegetable box every week.
