Ich vermiete meine gemütlich eingerichtete Einzimmerwohnung für drei Monate (Dezember 2023 - Februar 2024). Sie befindet sich im 3. Stock Hinterhof, bekommt also ausreichend Licht ab; das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine schöne Couch, auf der auch mal jemand bei Bedarf übernachten kann. In der gut ausgestattet Küche, in der alles vorhanden ist, was man so zum Leben, Kochen und Essen braucht, steht eine Duschkabine mit integriertem Warmwasserboiler; ein weiterer Boiler ist direkt über der Spüle angebracht.
I will rent out my cozy one-room apartment for three months (December 2023 - Februar 2024). It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the house, so it gets plenty of light; the living room has a nice couch on which guests can sleep if necessary. Inside the kitchen, which is well equipped with everything you need for living, cooking and eating, there is a shower cubicle with an integrated hot water boiler; another boiler is mounted directly above the sink.
Die Wohnung ist im beschaulichen Bezirk von Moabit / Tiergarten gelegen; es handelt sich um eine sehr ruhige Lage mit ruhigen Nachbarn, und doch liegen Zoo und Prenzlauer Berg praktisch direkt um die Ecke. U-Bahn Birkenstraße und S-Bahn Westhafen sind jeweils fünf Minuten vom Haus entfernt; sowohl nach Zoo/Kudamm als auch Prenzlauer Berg sind es gerade mal drei Stationen. Ansonsten liegt alles, was man zum angenehmen Leben braucht, direkt vor der Haustüre: Sowohl ein kleiner Penny Markt als auch ein großes Edeka-Center mit Fitnessstudio sind nur ein paar Schritte weit weg; allerlei Spätis, Imbisse und Restaurants und nicht zuletzt einige sehr nette gesellige Bars direkt vor der Station Birkenstraße machen das Leben in der Nachbarschaft entspannt, freundlich und unkompliziert.
The apartment is located in the cozy district of Moabit / Tiergarten; it is a very quiet area with quiet neighbors, and yet Zoo and Prenzlauer Berg are practically just around the corner. Subway station Birkenstraße and S-Bahn Westhafen are both situated within a five minute walking distance; from there, Zoo/Kudamm and Prenzlauer Berg are only three stops away. Apart from that, everything you need for living the good life lies right in front of your doorstep: Both a little Penny Market store as well as a big Edeka Center including a gym are only a few steps away; all kinds of Spätis, takeaway snack shops and restaurants and last but not least some very nice bustling bars right in front of the Birkenstraße station make life in the neighbourhood relaxed, friendly and uncomplicated.
