Hello!
My lovely room will be available to rent from the 15th of July 2018. The room is quite big with 22m2 (4,7 metres per 4,7 metres), has two big windows, the walls are very high and the floor is made of wood. I will sell all my furniture as a pack to the person who gets the room.
The building is located at Friedrichstraße, next to the 707 tram (3 minutes) and also close to the U-Bahn at Kirchplatz (8 minutes). Nearby you have Real, Rewe and Aldi (inside Düsseldorf Arcaden). If you like sports, there is a swimming pool and Floragarten close by.
The building is close to Medianhafen (15 minutes by tram), to Bilk (8 minutes’ walk), Unterbilk's centre (5 minutes’ walk) and Friedrichstadt (8 minutes’ walk). Also, it’s very close to the city centre (12 minutes by U-Bahn).
You would be sharing the flat with lively Danielle (26), who is currently finishing her bachelor. She is German and speaks both German and English.
Danielle is the one holding the contract. For the first 4 months (until end of October) you would have a sub-contract with her. After that, for professional reasons, she isn’t sure to stay in Düsseldorf and therefore she will probably also leave the flat. If that happens you can either (1) take yourself the main contract and find someone to rent the other room; (2) find a new tenant that takes the main contract; (3) leave the flat and find another opportunity.
The flat includes two rooms (both with the same dimensions), a kitchen with a terrace, a long hall and a bathroom.
The rent includes everything (electricity, water, internet and gas) and it’s 510 euros/month. Plus, you would have to pay a caution of 600 euros, that would be returned to you at the end of your stay. Also, I’m selling the room furniture (bed + mattress, sofa + pillows, IKEA bookcase + boxes, 2 chariots + hangers, bedside table, dresser, metallic bookcase, small table, door hanger, iron board, 3 carpets, shoes hanger) and some items in the kitchen (mini-oven, washing machine, high chairs and kitchen material) all for 600 euros.
If you want to enter already in July, we could arrange a shared payment. If not, you can also enter in the begging of August.
