Das Zimmer ist mit etwa 12 qm etwas kleiner, aber durch das große Fenster schön hell. Mit der richtigen Einrichtung kann man es sich richtig gemütlich machen (siehe Fotos). Etwas Stauraum befindet sich außerdem noch im Flur.
Wenn der Platz im Zimmer mal nicht ausreicht, kann man sich auch gerne in der Wohnküche ausbreiten. Dort kann man sehr ausgiebig kochen und backen, gerne auch mit Freunden.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt, nähe Ostentor. Der Dachauplatz ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Dort befindet sich der nächste Supermarkt und eine gute Busanbindung.
Gesucht wird eine Mitbewohnerin, die die Vorzüge einer WG kennt und mag :)
Es handelt sich keinesfalls um eine Zweck WG. Ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis sollte beabsichtigt werden. Da ich bereits im Arbeitsleben angekommen bin, beschränken sich die Feierlichkeiten hauptsächlich aufs Wochenende. Dein Rhythmus sollte im besten Fall ähnlich sein.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass durch den Mieterwechsel noch eine Erhöhung stattfindet. Dies würde sich auf etwa 35 EUR monatlich belaufen.
Zusätzlich fallen noch Strom- und Internetkosten an (etwa 50 EUR).
