Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine 2er WG (mit Wohnzimmer) oder gegebenenfalls eine 3er WG ( halt ohne Wohnzimmer) geeignet.
Achtung: das kleinere Zimmer (aktuell Wohnzimmer) hat keine Heizung.
Die 2 größten Zimmer haben beide jeweils ca 18/19 qm und werden durch ein Zwischenzimmer getrennt,sodass man absolute Ruhe findet und nicht durch komische Geräusche des Zimmernachbarn geweckt wird :) .

Haustiere strickt nicht erlaubt.
am Stadtrand von Fellbach, Bushaltestelle zum Fellbacher Bahnhof liegt 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt.
Der Nachtbus von Stuttgart Schlossplatz hält direkt dort.
Möglichkeiten nach Stuttgart zu kommen sind entweder mit dem Bus nach Untertürkheim (ca. 7 Minuten) und von dort mit der S1, oder zum Fellbacher Bahnhof ( ebenfalls ca. 7 MInuten) und von dort mit der S2 oder S3.
Alternativ gibt es noch die U1, die ab Lutherkirche abfährt (Gehweg ca. 12 Minuten).
Ich und meine Mitbewohnerin ziehen aus, und suchen ein paar nette Mädels oder Jungs oder gemischt zur Nachmiete. WG ist gewünscht.
