Ich suche einen neuen Nachmieter/Nachmieterin, da ich ab Mai ausziehe. Das Zimmer ist im Dachgeschoss und ist voll möbliert. Wir haben die Toilette und das Bad getrennt. Die Waschmaschine ist auch in der Wohnung. Obwohl die Kaution und die Abstandszahlung ziemlich teuer sind, ist die Miete sehr billig und die Lage ist wunderbar!

I am moving out as of 1 May and I am looking for a new tenant for my room. The room is about 16m^2 and it is on the top floor of the building. The room will be furnished, and it has a nice view from the window. We have a shower room and a toilet separate, and there is a kitchen and a living room. Washing machine available. Though the upfront deposit payment is a bit high, the rent is extremely inexpensive and the location is amazing!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Fischstein (U7), direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem U-Bahn dauert es nur 12 Minuten zur Hauptwache. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle (Bus 34) direkt vor der Tür.

The WG is nearby the U-Bahn station "Fischstein" (0 min walk). The location is convenient, and you can reach Hauptwache with the train in 12 mins. The neighborhood is very quiet.
There is also a bus stop nearby and you can reach Rödelheim Bahnhof in 9 mins.
Die Wohnung ist eine 3er WG. Andere Mitbewohnern kommen aus Venezuela (männlich, 33) und Nepal (weiblich, 32) und sind beschäftigt. Die WG ist ruhig, freundlich and alle sind oft unterwegs.
