Wir suchen für unsere wunderschöne Villa-WG in Huchting für den Februar (01.02.-01.03.) zwei Zwischenmieter*innen.
Unser Haus bietet sehr viel Platz – neben deinem 16-20m2 – Zimmer gehört die große Wohnküche, der Wintergarten, die Terrasse, das Wohnzimmer und der Garten zu unserem und auch deinem kurzzeitigen Zu Hause.
Im Haus wohnen drei erwachsene Personen (Elisabeth, Richard und Lui), allesamt studierend (Klimatologie, Musik/Cello, Freie Kunst), und die 7-jährige Frida.
5 Minuten von unserem Haus entfernt befinden sich zwei große Supermärkte (Rewe/Lidl), die Bushaltestelle (Zum Huchtinger Bahnhof) ist ebenfalls um die Ecke. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man - je nach Fahrstil - ca. 12-15 min. bis in die Neustadt und 20 min. bis zur Domsheide.
Die Miete beträgt 250€ pro Zimmer.

We are looking for someone who wants to live in my room in february (room is free 01.02.-01.03. and furnished). We live together as a WG in a very beautiful Villa in Bremen/Huchting. When you live in my room you are five grown up persons and one child (7 years).
The House has lots of space and comfort to offer: a very big and cozy kitchen, living room, wintergarden, garden.
There are supermarkets and a busstop nearby (Zum Huchtinger Bahnhof), but if you want to go by bike, it takes only 15min to get to Neustadt, 20min to get to Domsheide.
The rent is 250€.
