Meine helle sonnige 1-Zimmer-Wohung mit sonnigem Balkon sucht eine zuverlässige, ordentliche Untermieterin während meines Auslandsaufenthalts.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was du brauchst ausgestattet (Einbauküche, Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine, Möbel wie Bett, Schrank, Esstisch, Sofa), sodass du entspannt hier wohnen kannst. Der Balkon ist ein besonderes Highlight. Dort hast du ab mittags/nachmittags Sonne und kannst ein paar schöne entspante Stunden dort verbringen.
Idealerweise bist du schon berufstätig und hast ein regelmäßiges Einkommen. Du suchst ein gemütliches Zuhause und behandelst die Wohnung entsprechend auch mit Sorgfalt und Liebe.
Die Wohnung ist im Seitenflügel im 4. Stock zum Innenhof und sehr ruhig gelegen und du hast ein ruhiges Umfeld nachts zum Schlafen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Tram M10 (Winsstr.). Der Winskiez, Kollwitzkietz, Helmotzkiez sind um die Ecke. Viele Cafes, Restaurants, Shops und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Bio-Supermarkt ist nur ca 200m entfernt.
