Der Mietpreis beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, also Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Kabel, GEZ, WLAN (120 Mbit) und vieles mehr.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Regal) und es steht ein großer Einbauschrank zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und kann, wenn man wirklich so bequem ist, über einen Fahrstuhl erreicht werden.
In der mit Koch- und Essgeschirr ausgestatteten Wohnküche befinden sich neben der Einbauküche ein Tisch sowie Stühle. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Waschmaschine in der Waschküche kann unentgeltlich genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder, sodass es am Morgen auch nicht zu hektisch wird.

On offer is a cosy room in a shared flat for 5 people, which is currently occupied by students and IT consultants from Germany, Mexico and India.
The rent includes all utilities, i.e. heating, water, electricity, cable, GEZ, WLAN (120 Mbit) and much more.
The room is partially furnished (bed, table, chair, shelf) and there is a large built-in wardrobe.
The flat is located on the first floor of an apartment building and can be reached via a lift if you are really that comfortable.
The eat-in kitchen is equipped with cookware and crockery and has a table and chairs next to the fitted kitchen. The washing machine in the laundry room belonging to the flat can be used free of charge.
The flat has two bathrooms so that the mornings are not too hectic.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in der Kolbenzeil 33 in Rohrbach, Heidelberg.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Von Montag bis Freitag kommen die Bahnen regelmäßig zwischen 5 und 10 Minuten.
Mit der Linie 24 kommst du direkt zum Hauptbahnhof, mit der Linie 23 gelangst du in die Innenstadt von Heidelberg. Wenn du in die andere Richtung fährst, gelangst du nach Leimen. Mehrere Bushaltestellen sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist der Netto, nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Daneben findest du auch eine Apotheke.
Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Umgebung sind ausreichend vorhanden. Bei Bedarf kann ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage angemietet werden.

The flat is located in an apartment block at Kolbenzeil 33 in Rohrbach, Heidelberg.
The nearest tram stop is only a 3-minute walk away.
From Monday to Friday, the trams run regularly between 5 and 10 minutes.
Line 24 takes you directly to the main station, line 23 takes you to Heidelberg city centre. If you travel in the other direction, you will get to Leimen. Several bus stops are also within walking distance.
The nearest supermarket is Netto, just a five-minute walk away. There is also a pharmacy next door.
There are plenty of free parking spaces in the neighbourhood. If required, a parking space can be rented in the underground car park.
Unsere internationale WG ist ein wunderbarer Ort, an dem Menschen aus aller Welt zusammenkommen. Derzeit wohnen in unserer WG Studenten aus Deutschland und Mexiko sowie indische IT-Berater. Jeder kann hier so leben, wie es ihm gefällt. Nachts kann man gut schlafen, da nimmt jeder Rücksicht auf den anderen. Es ist wirklich praktisch, dass wir einen Putzplan haben, bei dem jede Woche eine andere Person zuständig ist.

Our international flat share is a wonderful place where people from all over the world come together. We currently have students from Mexico and Germany and Indian IT consultants living in our shared flat. Everyone can live here as they please. You can sleep well at night because everyone is considerate of each other. It's really practical that we have a cleaning schedule where a different person is responsible every week.
Wenn du Interesse hast, schreibe mir gerne über WG-gesucht und ich stelle den Kontakt zum aktuellen Bewohner des Zimmers Shailesh her. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt jedoch 8 Monate. Ich bin der Vermieter, wohne aber nicht in der Wohnung. Nach der Besichtigung können wir alles weitere klären.
