leider werde ich meine kleine, aber feine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon im Stuttgarter Süden aufgeben.
Obwohl die Wohnung mit 39m² recht klein ist, kann man diese aufgrund des super Grundrisses sehr gut einrichten.
Bevorzugt wird eine Einzelperson mit festem Einkommen.

Vom Bihlplatz ist man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in weniger als 10min in der Innenstadt. Zum HBF sind es 14 min. Der Marienplatz mit vielen Bars und Cafes ist in 5 min zu erreichen. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist findet vor dem Haus findet auch meistens einen Anwohnerparkpatz. Hinter dem Haus geht der Wald los, also optimal für sportliche Aktivitäten.
