Wir bieten hier ein neu sanierte 3-Zimmer WG in Gießen Innenstadt für den Erstbezug. Mit einem Laufweg von ca. 9Minuten bis zur UNI.
Küche und Bad sind zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung.
Küche ist möbliert und das Bad ebenso und besitzt ein Doppelwaschbecken und Dusche.
Wer Interesse hat mietet sich je ein Zimmer. Folgende stehen zur Auswahl:
- Ein Zimmer mit 20 m² für 300€
- Ein Zimmer mit ca.16m² für 260€
- Ein Zimmer getrennt mit massiver Trennwand mit Tür : Gesamtgrundfläche der beiden Zimmer 20 m² für 300€
Nebenkosten teilen sich auf und liegen bei ca. 30€ pro Kopf.
Der Mietvertrag wird als Gemeinschaftsmietvertrag geschlossen. Eine Elternbürgschaft ist als Kaution ausreichend. Es befinden sich noch 2weitere WGs im Gebäude. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomische Einrichtungen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
