I rent to a working woman over 30 two bright, very nice, furnished rooms in the OG (one of them with walkable wardrobe) with bright and very!! large bathroom shower and tub and view to the green), in the long term in a beautifully located EFH with 800m2 plot near Metjendorf. Own furniture can of course be brought along and you can arrange it as you like. The existing furniture would then be stored dry and safe at your expense.

A room towards sunrise is currently equipped with a new double bed, armchair, table, shelf and wardrobe.
The hall is not heated and not official subject of the rental contract.
The second room towards the south has a large double wing door, blinds and curtains. There is a sofa bed, a table with chairs, a TV, a dresser, a shelf, a comfortable armchair and the walk-in wardrobe in a room that is also bright and equipped with perfect views to the green.

The very small, fully equipped kitchen in the EC with dishwasher and microwave, washing machine, and the garden (shared) are used together after consultation.

All garden equipment is available. Here too: costs for repair/repurchase are shared. A large basement and a parking space are available.

Wi-Fi and a TV connection are available in the room.

Oldenburg is reachable in 5' by car, the nearest bus stop in 5' walk.

I wish with a roommate who loves closeness to nature and can imagine a mixture of coexistence and privacy and tranquility. To live like this, I feel like a real privilege.

Ich vermiete an eine berufstätige Frau über 30 zwei helle, sehr schöne, möblierte Zimmer im OG ( eins davon mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank) mit , hellem und sehr!! großem Badezimmer Dusche und Wanne und Blick ins Grüne), gerne langfristig in einem wunderschön gelegenen EFH mit 800m² Grundstück in der Nähe von Metjendorf. Eigene Möbel können natürlich mitgebracht werden und du kannst es dir gerne so einrichten, wie du möchtest. Die vorhandenen Möbel müsstest du dann auf deine Kosten trocken und sicher zwischenlagern.

Ein Zimmer Richtung Sonnenaufgang ist derzeit ausgestattet mit einem neuen Doppelbett, Sessel, Tisch, Regal und Garderobe.
Der Flur bietet notfalls Stellplatz für 1 weiteren weiteren Schrank.Der Flur ist nicht! beheizbar und nicht offizieller Gegenstand des Mietvertrages.
Das zweite Zimmer Richtung Süden hat eine große Doppel Flügeltür, Jalousien und Vorhänge. Hier steht ein Schlafsofa, ein Tisch mit Stühlen, ein Fernseher, eine Kommode, ein Regal, ein bequemer Sessel und der begehbare Kleiderschrank in einem ebenfalls hellen und mit perfekter Aussicht ins Grüne ausgestattetem Zimmer zur Verfügung.

Die sehr kleine, komplett eingerichtete Küche im EG mit Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle, die Waschmaschine, und der Garten ( Anteilig) werden nach Absprach gemeinsam genutzt.

Sämtliche Gartengeräte stehen zur Verfügung. Auch hier gilt: Kosten bei Reparatur/ Neukauf werden geteilt. Ein großer Keller und ein Stellplatz sind vorhanden.

WLAN und ein TV Anschluss im Zimmer sind vorhanden.

Oldenburg ist in 5' mit dem Auto zu erreichen, die nächste Bushaltestelle in 5' zu Fuß.

Ich wünsche mit eine Mitbewohnerin, die Naturnähe liebt und sich eine Mischung aus Miteinander und Privatsphäre und Ruhe vorstellen kann. So wohnen zu dürfen empfinde ich als echtes Privileg.
Ein Hund kann evt. nach Absprache mit einziehen. (Hundehaftpflicht)
Katzen kommen aufgrund der Vogeldichte im Garten nicht in Frage.
