Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmerwohnung im Herzen von München ab 01. September 2020.
Falls dieser Einzugstermin Probleme breiten sollte, können wir eventuell auch eine andere Regelung treffen.
Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem modernisiert und befindet sich in einem tollen Zustand. Durch den geräumigen Flur und das großzügige Badezimmer wirkt die Wohnung größer als ihre 30qm vermuten lassen würden.
Das Prunkstück der Wohnung ist meiner Meinung nach jedoch der Balkon. Diesen habe ich mir mit einer einfachen Palettencouch und einem Grill sehr gemütlich gemacht.
Gerne würde ich meinen Esstisch, die Schränke und das Bett an den Nachmieter abgeben (Matratze und Balkoneinrichtung werde ich mitnehmen). Solltet ihr allerdings lieber ohne Möbel einziehen, ist das auch kein Problem.
Ein Kellerabteil gehören zur Wohnung und ein Raum mit Waschmaschinen/Trocknern gehört zum Gebäude.

I am looking for a new tenant for my 1-room apartment in the heart of Munich from September 1st, 2020.
If this move-in date should be problematic for you we can also make other arrangements.
The apartment has been modernized recently and is in great condition.
Due to the spacious hallway and ample bathroom the apartment feels larger than its 30sqm would suggest.
In my opinion, the highlight of the apartment is the balcony.
I made this very comfortable with my own pallet couch and a grill.
I would like to pass on my dining table, the cupboards and the bed to the next tenant.
If you prefer to move in without furniture, that's not a problem though.
A cellar compartment belongs to the apartment and a room with washing machines is part of the building.
If you have any questions about the apartment, I will be happy to answer them!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in c. 5-10 min Laufentfernung sowohl vom Münchner Hauptbahnhof sowie vom Sendlinger Tor und ist damit perfekt angebunden.
Das Viertel um den Hauptbahnhof ist sehr lebendig und zeichnet sich durch eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Bars aus. Dadurch, dass sich die Wohnung sehr südlich auf der Schillerstraße befindet und der Balkon in den Innenhof zeigt, ist es jedoch sehr ruhig im Apartment.
In 5 Gehminuten finden sich zudem sowohl ein Aldi als auch ein Lidl.

The apartment is in c. 5-10 min walking distance from both Munich Central Station and Sendlinger Tor and is therefore perfectly connected.
The district around the main train station is very lively and is characterized by a variety of restaurants and bars. However, because the apartment is very south on Schillerstrasse and the balcony faces the courtyard, it is very quiet in the apartment.
In 5 minutes you can find both an Aldi and a Lidl.
