Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in der Pappelallee / U Eberswalderstraße.
Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und hat alles was man braucht. Unsere Wohnung ist frisch bezogen, hat eine Badewanne und eine niedliche Küche mit Bank und Beamer zum Filme schauen. Auch eine kürzere oder etwas längere Mietdauer wäre möglich, die Daten sind flexibel. Fragt mich einfach. :)
Traumhafte Anbindung mit U-Bahn in 5 Minuten, Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür, 10 Minuten zur S Bahn und mitten im Kiez von Prenzlauer Berg. Märkte, jede Menge Parks, shoppen, erkunden und spazieren, hier gibts alles.
Unsere WG ist super entspannt. Alles kann, nichts muss und Eigenverantwortung sind unser Pathos. Putzplan gibt es nicht, wir sind erwachsen, können kommunizieren und unseren Dreck selbst wegräumen. Das erwarten wir auch von dir.
Dein Mitbewohner ist Sitti, er ist Koch und arbeitet Mittags bis Abends. Er ist gerne unter Menschen, freut sich über jeden Plausch und ist immer für ein Feierabend Bierchen zu haben. Außerdem bekocht auch nach der Arbeit noch alle.
Wenn du ein Zimmer für einen Monat in Berlin oder eine Unterkunft für ein paar Nächte zu Besuch, suchst und gerne den Prenlauzer Berg - Park Sommer genießen möchtest, dann bist du bei uns richtig. Du bist entspannt, gehst auch gerne mal aus und dein Lieblingsthema ist nicht Steuerrecht? Dann melde dich gerne!

I rent my room on Pappelallee / U Eberswalderstrasse.
The room is 20sqm and has everything you need. We moved in 12 weeks ago, the apartment has a bathtub and a cute kitchen with bench and projector to watch movies. A shorter or somewhat longer rental period would also be possible, the dates are flexible. Just ask me. :)
Fantastic connection with subway in 5 minutes, tram right outside the front door, 10 min to S Bahn and in the middle of the Prenzlauer Berg district. Markets, lots of parks, shopping, exploring and walking, there is everything here.
Our flat share is super relaxed. Everything can, nothing has to and personal responsibility are our pathos. There is no cleaning plan, we are grown up, can communicate and clear away our filth ourselves. We expect the same from you.
Your roommate is Sitti, he is a cook and works from midday to evening. He likes to be with people, is happy about every chat and is always available for a beer after work. In addition, everyone cooks even after work.
