3 Zimmer Küche Bad mit 90qm für 720,-€ kalt in Lollar ab dem 01.02.2021 zu vermieten. Die Wohnung ist auch geeignet als WG, da sie über eine große Wohnküche verfügt, in der man gemeinsame Zeit verbringen kann.
Die Nebenkosten werden wahrscheinlich gering sein. Da es sich nach der Sanierung um den Erstbezug handelt, haben wir noch keine Zahlen. 2020 wurde die ganze Wohnung komplett saniert und gedämmt (Böden, Wände, Decken, Strom neu, große neue Wohnküche mit Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine, neues Badezimmer, neue Fenster 3-fach verglast usw.).
Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner stehen im Keller zur Nutzung ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock. Darüber ist der ungenutzte Dachboden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Lollar. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 1 Min. zur Bushaltestelle und ca. 3 Min. bis zum Bahnhof, von dort gibt es eine direkte Verbindung nach Gießen und Marburg. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Min in Gießen.
Den Edeka kann man auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Die Parksituation ist gut, es kann aber ggf. ein Parkplatz zusätzlich angemietet werden.
Im Hof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden. Der Hof ist durch ein Hoftor abegschlossen und die Räder sicher.
