The apartment is ideally located near Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and Gneisenaustraße (U7) subway stations. It’s a great area for outdoor activities like walking, yoga, running, or meditating, especially along the beautiful Landwehrkanal. You’ll find all the major shops and supermarkets just down the street, including organic stores, REWE, Netto, Lidl, and Rossmann. The street itself is also known for its vibrant café and bar scene. Right in the front house, there’s one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin — how lucky is that!

Some cool spots around the neighborhood include Tempelhofer Feld, an impressive former airport now transformed into a massive park; Umami, a favorite Vietnamese restaurant; Aufbauhaus and Betahaus, both creative hubs and coworking spaces; and Modulor, a fantastic store for art supplies. Music lovers will appreciate Just Music, a huge music store spread across three floors. There’s also Prinzessinnengarten, an urban garden where you can grow your own vegetables, and Prinzenbad, a popular outdoor swimming pool. For cultural and nightlife attractions, you’re close to Checkpoint Charlie and the TAZ building (an independent newspaper), as well as clubs like Ritter Butzke and Prinz Charles.

Clémence is a 22-year-old French student from Mines Paris, an engineering school in France. She is doing an internship at Elia Grid International in Berlin. Calm, tidy, and friendly by nature, Clémence brings a warm and positive energy to the flat. She loves sharing meals and conversations, always eager to get to know her roommates and discover new aspects of Berlin, a city she’s excited to explore. In her free time, Clémence enjoys visiting museums, playing volleyball and tennis, painting, and cooking delicious meals. She speaks fluent French and English, making communication effortless and lively.

Aisha is a warm and responsible 20-year-old from Thailand, with Austrian roots as well. She works as a receptionist at a hostel and studying film. Despite being slightly younger than some, Aisha is mature, trustworthy, and brings a lot of positive energy into any shared living space. She’s eager to build a friendly, respectful environment with her roommates and is always up for a chat or a cozy get-together.

Solène is a 22-year-old French student currently pursuing her master’s in design. She brings a creative and lively spirit to the flat, always sharing her love for music, cinema, and good food. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for friends and exploring Berlin, always on the lookout for new places to discover. Friendly, easy-going, and full of good energy, Solène is someone who easily connects with others and adds a warm, welcoming touch to any shared living environment. She’s the perfect roommate for anyone who values both relaxed moments at home and spontaneous city adventures.

Lexie is a 22-year-old British exchange student, a History major, she’s focusing mostly on North American Studies at Freie Universität. Organized, tidy, and easy to live with, Lexie really values the spirit of shared living and enjoys creating a friendly and respectful home environment. Lexie’s positive attitude, reliability, and open-mindedness make her a great addition to any flat, always bringing a warm and considerate presence to daily life.

We’re looking for someone who wants to make this flat their home. Ideally, you’re fun, respectful, and bring positive energy to the group. It’s important to us that everyone inspires and supports each other while respecting individual boundaries.
