Your room is 23m^2 big and comes with a bed, sofa, wardrobe, a desk (not the one on the picture) and bookshelfs.
It also has an adjacent balcony with a small sofa, table and chairs on it.
The windows are oriented towards the west so you get a lot of light in the afternoon.
🚌 The apartment is located in the 14th district within walking distance of the U4 (Hietzing 10min) and the U3 (Hütteldorfer Straße 10min) as well as several tram and bus lines. Also, there is a train station 5 minutes away (Penzing) where one can reach trains of the lines S50 and S45.
🌲 Nevertheless, the room is very quiet and one has a great green view (see pictures). There is a small park in the area (1 minute of walking) and one of the nicest parks of Vienna the Schönbrunner Schlosspark is 10 minutes away.
🚲 It's very convenient to use a bike to get around. (20min to city center) There is a bike cellar which you can use.
🍕 There are many shops located nearby, e.g. Hofer and Billa (2 minutes). Many doctors and pharmacies can be found near the apartment.
A wide range of restaurants is available.
You will be sharing the flat with Alex, who is living in the smaller of the two rooms. Here is a little text from him:
Hello! My name is Álex, I'm 23 years old and I work as a journalist. I'm a quiet and calm person who likes to meet new people. Cleanliness and order is important to me, so I look for an organized flatmate that respects the common areas of the house. Even though I'm a calm person, I love talking, so I'm also looking for a flatmate that is open to spend some time together and someone to chat with or hang out. My mothertongue is Spanish, but I'd rather share the flat with someone who speaks English or German, since I speak English too and I'm learning German.
It is also possible to move in on the 15th of Febuary.
The apartment consist of an eat-in kitchen with a stove, toaster, big fridge, freezer and accessories, a bathroom, a toilet, a hall, two bedrooms and a small balcony. Every room (except the balcony) is accessible from the hall.
A washing machine and dryer are available for free once a week for 5 hours for you and your flatmate.
