please read the text, its NO LONGTERM!
I rent a room in my flat for one or two days/nights once in a while. Also spontanously! I am mostly not there, so its also the whole flat..
I prefer to rent it to a nice, calm person/woman (or a nice and calm couple for only ONE Night for 50 per night). I wont be here almost during that days, when you are coming! So, you have the flat almost on your own!
Everything is provided in the flat and you have a good connection to U Bahn and Buses. Lots of restaurants around.
No parties!!
Picture is an example. i can send some, if you ask for or we can have a whatsapp chat.
Caution is 150 Euro for the time for the key and my personal stuff,. Rent per day and night 31 Euro all incl., (inkluded is also cleaning)
We can do an informal contract, if you like.
