The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It has 3 rooms, a living room with balcony and our two rooms. In addition, there are two small storage rooms - so there is enough storage space. Our two rooms are about the same size (about 17m²). The apartment is completely furnished (by the landlord), but after moving in we bought some furniture, plants and other small things. Our rooms are facing the Eschersheimer Landstraße, which means you should not be too sensitive to noise, although there is hardly any traffic in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and also washing machine. In the kitchen is also enough space to cook together, or even to eat. The bathroom is unfortunately windowless and somewhat outdated, but the landlord wants to renovate it soon. The living room is the "highlight" of the apartment, because it is the largest room and the window front makes it bright and cozy. From here you have a view of the UBS Tower and from the balcony you can see the Eschersheimer Tor.
It could hardly be more central! The best thing about the apartment is probably its location. The apartment is a 3 minutes walk away from the subway station Eschenheimer Tor and 10 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station Hauptwache. You can also easily walk to the Taunusanlage (my way to work) and in general you are very fast in the city center.
My current roommate is unfortunately now moving out at the end of April so I'm looking for a new roommate.
About me, I am 30, come from Bavaria and moved to Frankfurt last year (just in time for Corona, haha). I work in finance/insurance, like to do a lot of sports (soccer, tennis, basketball, American football..), read a lot and like to discuss politics, history, religion, science after a few beers. :)
I always work very long hours (mostly until 7pm) but would still be very happy to spend the one or other evening together during the week, even if only in front of the TV, or to explore/party/ or go to a bar on weekends in Frankfurt and surroundings.
The total gross rent is 711€ / person (with everything included, like electricity, internet, GEZ etc.). If you are interested, please contact me by e-mail. For everything that my current roommate has bought and leaves here, he would like to have a compensation payment of 200 €.
I'll be happy to hear from you :)
