Dein potenzielles Zimmer ist fast 18qm groß und hat einen Blick über Kleingärten auf den inneren Grüngürtel, Herkulesberg, Mediaparkhochhaus und Fernsehturm.
In der Wohnung gibt es noch ein kleines Zimmer und ein weiteres größeres Zimmer, die ich bewohne. Mein größeres Zimmer ist für mich Wohn-, Arbeits- und Esszimmer und kann von dir mehr oder weniger mitgenutzt werden. Damit meine ich gemeinsam Abendessen, mal ein Abend mit Freunden, fürs Frühstück, für co-working etc. Außerdem geht von da ein Balkon ab, den du natürlich auch nutzen kannst. Ab und an würde ich aber wirklich die Tür zu machen oder muss in Ruhe arbeiten.
Your potential room is almost 18sqm and has a view over small gardens to the inner green belt, Herculesberg, Mediapark skyscraper and TV tower.
In the apartment there is another small room and another larger room, which I both occupy. My larger room is for me living, working and dining room and can be more or less shared by you. By that I mean dinner together, an evening with friends sometimes, for breakfast, for co-working etc.. In addition, there is a balcony, which you can of course also use. Now and then, however, I would really close the door or must work in peace.
Die Wohnung ist am innerstädtischen Ende von Nippes gelegen. Ins Viertelsind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Wenn man die Innere Kanalstraßeüberquert ist man schnell am Ebertplatz, im Eigelsteinviertel und in der Innenstadt. Supermärkte sind um die Ecke.
The apartment is located at the inner-city end of Nippes. It is only a few minutes walk to the quarter. If you cross the Innere Kanalstraße you are quickly at the Ebertplatz, in the Eigelsteinviertel and in the city center. Supermarkets are around the corner.
Ich bin Caspar, 31 Jahre alt, studiere Psychologie im Master und arbeite als Bildungsreferent und Filmemacher. Zu Hause koche ich gern, mach Yoga, hör Musik, guck Filme und Serien oder lese, hab ab und an Freunde da, mach den Balkon (Gemüse und Blumen). Ich kann mich begeistern für utopische (nachhaltige) Ideen, Musik, leckeres Essen und Klappentexte von Sachbüchern (ich les die schon auch zu Ende, aber so gut wie die Ankündigung sind sie meist nicht für mich ^^). Ich habe mich beworben, aber leider keinen Platz in einer Solawi bekommen. Jetzt gehe ich ab und zu den Marktschwärmer:innen.
Für mich macht eine gute WG aus, dass man miteinander teilen mag (Gedanken, Stimmungen, Essen, Musik, etc), mal miteinander und mal aneinander vorbei leben kann, sich aufeinander verlassen kann was Sauberkeit usw angeht. Ich find schön, wenn man ab und an zusammen kocht und isst, rödelt in der Wohnung, hängt auf dem Sofa…
Ich bin regelmäßig in Zürich bei meiner Freundin, gerade geht das auch gut mal ne ganze Woche, und sie ist regelmäßig hier.
I'm Caspar, 31 years old, studying psychology in the master and work as an educational consultant and filmmaker. At home I like to cook, do yoga, listen to music, watch movies and series or read, have friends over from time to time, do the balcony (vegetables and flowers). I can get excited about utopian (sustainable) ideas, music, delicious food and blurbs of non-fiction books (I do finish reading them, but they are usually not as good as the announcement for me ^^). I applied, but unfortunately didn't get a place in a solawi. Now I go from time to time the Marktschwärmer:innen.
For me, a good WG makes that you like to share with each other (thoughts, moods, food, music, etc), sometimes with each other and sometimes past each other can live, can rely on each other what cleanliness etc. concerns. I think it's nice when you cook and eat together from time to time, doodle in the apartment, hang out on the sofa....
I'm regularly in Zurich with my girlfriend, just goes well times a whole week, and she is regularly here.
Auf dem Speicher kann man Wäsche trocknen oder mal was sägen oder so. Einen trockenen und recht großen Keller gibts auch.
