The room is big, calm, bright, furnished and has a great view on Gaisberg.
The flat is located vey close to the Salzach and to the Josefiau Park. It is 10/15 min away biking from the Altstadt and 2 min away walking from the closest bus stop in Alpenstrasse.
There is a Biomarket next to the flat and it is also half way between the Arena Center and the Herrnau Center.
The flat is on the top floor of the building and is very quiet. All rooms have a view on Gaisberg.
The flat is fully furnished. We have a lot of cooking utensil, a oven and a couple of burners so it is really convenient for those who like to cook. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The living room is big and bright, it is a very nice place to chill.
You will share the flat with Leon, a part time Philosophy student finishing his Master and a part-time full-stack programmer. He likes to listen and to make music, to swim and to share a cool down beer by the end of the day. (Leon speaks both English and German fluently).
General vibes of the flat: both a place to chill individually and to socialize.
The monthly rent is 375€ + 15€(internet) + electricity fees that are not included in the rent.
